Sales tax is calculated according to billing address and charged at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply.

If your payment is unsuccessful for reasons including, but not limited to, card expiration, insufficient funds, or data not received, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order.
